OOTD & A Happy New Years Eve

Tunic: H&M/ Bag: Coach Poppy Pushlock/ Boots: Target/ Necklace: AE (old)
Happy New Years Eve!! I am a few days behind on posting, on Thursday everything kind of spun out of control and I am playing catch up around here. I have to say this outfit is another great one for comfort. I did layer a long sleeve tee under the tunic as it is pretty sheer. The older I have become, the more comfort rates higher on my list. I sacrificed comfort for fashion for a lot of years, especially wearing anything heeled and let me tell you that feet do not like that much! Don't get me wrong I have a few pairs of gorgeous heels in the closet, they just don't come out to play very often.  I live in the midwest and let me tell you, heels do not work well around here in the winter.

I have to take a minute here to talk about this bag. I love it. It is honestly the best bag I have ever purchased! It is the Poppy Pushlock Satchel by Coach. My husband bought this for my birthday back in August. I went in to look at it in the ash/silver but once I caught a glimpse of the black & gold it was destiny. Yeah, pushing it I know. It really is the perfect bag. The size is ideal and the look is timeless, which I think is really important for a bag you are going to spend some money on. I won't lie I love Coach and am sharing my opinion about them, I am not paid nor have I received free bags to say these things. (I am open to either of those however!) I think of any piece in your wardrobe, your handbag is the piece to splurge on. It can finish off your look and you use it so much more than anything else in your closet. I can tell you I never pay full price for any Coach bag I have bought, Coach is always sending out email coupons and discounts. It does not have to be Coach, but find a bag that you love and make it yours!

Ok. I have been hunting everywhere for black boots since early September. I could not find anything I liked for one reason or another. I looked at these at Target a few times but passed by not trying them on. We were in there after Christmas and I decided to finally try them. I am so happy I did! I love these boots! They are much better on, than just looking at them and they are comfy too. I paid $35 for them and they are fabulous! Thank you Target! I want to wish you a safe and Happy New Year. May you and your family be blessed!
Thanks for stopping by!!
